Our technical team has been working diligently to address the server issue and restore normal operations. However, due to the severity of the problem and the number of affected customers, the restoration process is taking longer than anticipated. We are dealing with a large volume of data that needs to be restored, which has added to the time required for resolution.

Our team will provide an RFO (Reason For Outage) once the investigation has been completed and services are brought back to normal. Our efforts right now are focused on getting everything back up and running.
